THE EARLY DAYS

Moscow's 1980s fact sheet said “Moscow is a five-piece band playing a modern dance rhythm who believe that melody is still very important in pop music.”  Their music placed them in the New Wave scene where they toured extensively and performed live several times on the BBC.  They played in front of large, appreciative audiences but, ultimately, did not make the “big time” so the world did not get the chance to enjoy the music that their, shall we say, “cult” following loved so much.
